How We Build

CoBuild — how Maigha and a partner turn an idea into a product customers trust.

What CoBuild means

The partner brings the problem, the customers, and the business decisions. Maigha brings product design, technology, engineering, launch, and improvement. One playbook guides the work; each project keeps a checklist of progress, proof, and decisions.

The principle:
The partner is not expected to manage the engineering team, and Maigha does not make business decisions on the partner’s behalf. We do not simply take orders and write code. We build responsibly—with clear ownership, readiness checks, and named human approvers. A deadline alone never justifies a release.
Why Maigha (four capabilities)
  • Platform — technology foundation to run the product securely
  • Product team — planning, design, engineering, and testing
  • Public presence — website, UX, and materials that present the product clearly
  • Release checks — testing, security, and quality reviews before real users
The problem CoBuild solves

Good ideas fail without a clear plan for sign-in, data protection, safe product behavior, launch, and ownership of code, data, and customers. CoBuild records responsibilities and checks readiness before moving forward.

1 · Understand the opportunity

Partner Problem, industry, customers, goals
Maigha Evaluate opportunity, risks, what to validate
Together Decide whether it is worth pursuing

We separate known facts from assumptions and open questions. Outcome: accept, defer, decline, or gather more information. Declining early is better than building the wrong thing.

2 · Agree on what to build

Partner Priorities, needs, budget, trade-offs
Maigha Plan, architecture, design, estimates
Together First release, success measures, ownership

Development begins only after boundaries are agreed in writing— including who owns the code, cloud, data, and customer relationships. Costs are given as ranges with assumptions; open items are listed before work starts.

3 · Design and build

Partner Clarify requirements, review demos, timely feedback
Maigha Design, engineering, quality, risk reporting
Together Review significant scope, cost, or delivery changes

Maigha leads design, engineering, integrations, testing, and deployment preparation. AI coding tools speed development; people own the work. AI never approves its own work or reaches production systems directly.

4 · Test and prepare for launch

Partner Business readiness and workflows
Maigha Test results and technical readiness
Together Review open risks; named approvers sign off
Gate: A calendar date alone never justifies a release. Readiness is shown with evidence, not assumed.

5 · Launch and support customers

Partner Customers, pricing, sales, operations
Maigha Technical launch, monitoring, agreed support
Together Review results; expand, maintain, or change

Support levels and costs are agreed in writing—never assumed.

6 · Improve and grow

Partner Feedback, priorities, next bets
Maigha Technical options, risks, trade-offs
Together Next improvements; Maigha stays or hands over

Real customers show what works. Every significant change gets a fresh review before work begins. Paths: Maigha continues as the product team under agreed service terms, or the partner builds its own team and receives a documented handover (accounts, access, operations—secrets stay in the secret store).

How reviews work

We move forward only when each stage meets its goals or an exception is agreed in writing. If evidence is weak, we pause and review before moving ahead.

Weekly rhythm

A clear picture of done, next, blocked, and decisions needed. Timely partner decisions keep the build moving; silence stalls it.

What you receive
